Privacy Policy

Last updated 8 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data Tulmira Ltd collects through tulmira.com, why we collect it and the rights you have. Each of our products has its own privacy policy on its own site.

1. Who we are

Tulmira Ltd is the controller of personal data collected through this website. We are registered in England & Wales under company number 17497033, with our registered office at 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX.

2. What we collect

When you contact us, start a project or join a product launch list, we collect your name, email address, company name and the content of your message. When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect only your email address and the date you confirmed.

Only if you accept analytics cookies do we record page views, the referring site, your approximate country and a random browser identifier. We do not use advertising trackers. Details and choices are in our Cookie Policy.

3. Why we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal you have asked for, tell you when a product you asked about launches, or send the newsletter you subscribed to. Our lawful bases are your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

4. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept for six years to meet UK accounting obligations. Launch-list entries are deleted once the launch email has been sent. Newsletter subscriptions end when you unsubscribe, using the link in every email; sign-ups that are never confirmed are deleted after 7 days.

5. Who we share it with

We use a small number of processors to run this site: Cloudflare (website hosting and analytics), Google (Firebase and reCAPTCHA), a transactional email provider and Google Workspace for internal email. We never sell personal data.

6. International transfers

Data held in Firebase is stored in the EU (europe-west1). Cloudflare serves this site from a global network, so requests may be processed outside the UK and EU. Where a processor handles data outside these regions, we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, and object to or restrict how we use it. Email privacy@tulmira.com and we will respond within one month.

You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
