1. Using this site
You may browse and share content from this site for personal and internal business purposes. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or scrape it at volume.
2. Content and accuracy
We work to keep product descriptions accurate, but features change. The product website is the authoritative source for features, plans and availability.
3. Intellectual property
The Tulmira name and T mark, and the names EvalCV, PulsVault, Proxar and Docs Flowy, are trading names and marks of Tulmira Ltd. Blog posts may be quoted with attribution and a link.
4. Enquiries and proposals
Submitting a project enquiry does not create a contract. Any client engagement is governed by a separate written agreement and statement of work.
5. Links to other sites
This site links to our product sites and to third parties such as LinkedIn. We are not responsible for content on third-party sites.
6. Liability
This site is provided as is. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under English law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
